Positions Needed
Social Media Marketing
The Social Media Marketer position at Red House of Hope is a critical role that helps us spread our message of hope and healing to the world. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our mission and shares our values of bringing together people from all walks of life. As our Social Media Marketer, you will be instrumental in managing our social media presence, creating compelling content, and implementing strategies that drive engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, motivated, and has a strong understanding of social media marketing best practices.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate and committed individual to serve as Vice President on our Board of Directors. This is a
leadership role that works closely with the Founder/President to support board operations, mentor members, and ensure
strong governance practices that align with our mission.
Responsibilities:
Support and step in for the Board President as needed (e.g., chair meetings, sign documents)
Help develop strategic plans and monitor implementation
Strengthen board communication, structure, and performance
Represent Red House of Hope at public events or donor meetings
Assist in fundraising efforts and community engagement
Mentor board and committee members to build a strong, mission-driven team
Mentors
Here at Red House of Hope, we see ourselves as mentors, walking alongside our mentees in their addiction recovery journey. Our mentors take on a variety of responsibilities and aim to provide emotional support during each phase of the journey. From the moment our mentees come to us, we help them set realistic goals and strive to achieve them, whether that involves finding housing, job placement, or anything in between. Our mentors are there to provide an example of living a good life, demonstrating Christian values and love to better their mentee, proving that it can be done even when the road is rough.
General Volunteers
We are looking for energetic and dedicated volunteers to join our team and help us fulfill our mission. Our volunteers are an integral part of the Red House of Hope community and we appreciate all that they do to support our guests. In this role, you may assist with event planning and preparation, support the hospitality team, or assist with groundskeeping tasks to keep our property in optimal condition. You will be under a supervisor and be a part of a team.
