The Red House of Hope is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit retreat and event center that helps fund and support mental health services for our local community.
The property is available to rent for weddings and events spanning an entire weekend. Guests can also book single- or multi-night stays through Airbnb.

Every rental directly contributes to our ongoing efforts to provide hope, healing, and mental health support to the community.
Entire Property
This entire estate is located in the rural Mondovi and Durand, WI area, just minutes from Eau Claire. The property includes three unique guest spaces — a cozy cottage, a spacious farmhouse, and a beautifully converted granary — accommodating up to 15 guests with 6 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 4 baths.
It’s the getaway of your dreams — tucked along the Chippewa River with direct access to the scenic Chippewa River State Trail. Just 20 minutes from Eau Claire and 1.5 hours from Minneapolis or Rochester, MN, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and recharge.
Enjoy farm-style amenities including an in-ground pool, pickleball court, and a large open lawn ideal for outdoor gatherings. A charming event barn is also available for use.
You can reserve the entire property for special occasions such as reunions, retreats, or micro weddings — up to 12 months in advance. Each building is also available to book individually throughout the year. Please note: all amenities are shared unless you book the entire estate.

Main House
The main house is the largest home on the property and offers a spacious, comfortable stay for up to 8 guests.
It features 4 bedrooms, including 2 king rooms, 1 queen room, and 1 twin room. The home also includes 2 bathrooms (one located in the master suite), a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and two additional sitting rooms — perfect for gathering or relaxing.
The main house is within walking distance of the Chippewa River and just steps away from the scenic Chippewa River State Trail.
Guests also have access to shared amenities across the property, including an in-ground pool, pickleball court, open lawn space, firepit, outdoor grilling area, and multiple seating areas ideal for enjoying peaceful mornings or evenings under the stars. High-speed internet is provided.
The Rustic Granary
Our Rustic Granary is a private guest house that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests — perfect for families or small groups.
This unique space features a bunkhouse-style sleeping area, a bathroom, a separate sitting area, and a kitchenette equipped for light cooking.
Guests have access to shared property amenities, including an in-ground pool, pickleball court, firepit, and multiple outdoor seating and grilling areas. The Rustic Granary is within walking distance of the Chippewa River and just steps from the Wisconsin State Bike Trail, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and outdoor adventure.
The Cozy Cabin
Our Cozy Cabin is a charming one-level retreat, perfect for a couple or solo guest looking for a peaceful getaway.
The cabin features an open living space with a kitchenette and a cozy gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It’s ideal for rest and renewal, while still being close to town for added convenience.
Located near the Chippewa River and just steps from the Wisconsin State Bike Trail, the cabin offers easy access to outdoor exploration.
Guests also enjoy shared access to the property’s in-ground pool, pickleball court, large lawn space, firepit, outdoor grill, and multiple seating areas — perfect for relaxing under the open sky.
